David is the licensee-in-charge of PropertyConnect and is involved in all aspects of the agency’s business and operations. He is a Chartered and Certified Public Accountant by trade. He brings a diversified senior managerial background of over 35 years’ experience in the fields of accounting, finance and operations management. After running his own CPA practice for 14 years in California, David held senior financial and managerial positions in the USA including GE Interlogix; and more recently in Sydney with James Fielding and Mirvac. His role at PropertyConnect is to ensure the backroom delivers what the front room promises – everytime!!

Andrew has over 20 years experience in the real estate Industry, with primary practice including valuations, research, management, investment and development of real estate across the various sectors of the marketplace. He was both a shareholder of James Fielding Property Services and a Director of Mirvac. Andrew’s experience also includes senior appointments with Arthur Andersen, Jones Lang La Salle, Harris Consulting and Colliers. Andrew is a strategic, outcomes orientated practitioner, whose expertise is also sourced for both presentations and publications. He has also served in various capacities on various boards as well as professional bodies. Andrew’s role at City Unit Sales is to serve as property leader – overseeing the research platform; seeking new product opportunities and leading the sales team.
