Due to the close proximity to the Sydney CBD and East Sydney’s exciting nightlife and outstanding eateries, the area attracts young professional renters who are willing and able to afford the high rents in return for being provided a high quality and well maintained residence in this sought after area.
We offer owners an all-encompassing competitively priced management service. In return we look after their investment as if it were our own. We carefully screen and reference check tenant applications and maintain a strict zero tolerance policy on rental arrears. We keep our finger on the pulse of rents in the area and provide rental reviews on a regular basis. We ensure all of our properties are maintained to a high standard by conducting a minimum of two documented inspections annuallyand by responding to tenant issues immediately they are reported. We operate strictly within the agreed parameters of a written management agreement and within the laws of our industry. Our Trust account is maintained and balanced on a daily basis and independently audited every year. Remittances are electronically transferred to owners as often as required but never less than monthly. We have established relationships with tried and tested service providers. Our property business is run utilising state-of-the-art software and standardised systems and procedures. Everything we do is communicated in writing back to the owner to ensure they are in the loop and there are no surprises.
