Let fees: 110% of one week’s rent per 6 months lease
Lease renewals 55% of one week’s rent per 6 months lease
Management fees: 5.5% of collected rent
Internet advertising: $50 per let
Other minor incidental charges:
$2.75 per remittance
Lease preparation $33.00
$50 per hour for preparation and attandance at tribunal(seldom required)
Optional Extras:
Arrange and oversee refurbishment: $50 per hour
Facilitate insurance claims: $50 per hour
Bill payment from collected rent e.g. strata, council rates; utilities: $5.50 per month
