Renting process
Attend open for inspection at advertised times.
Ensure all your questions are answered.
Submit a fully completed tenancy application as soon as possible to increase your chances of success.
PropertyConnect processes applications on a stricly first in/first processed basis.
A one week holding deposit must be paid AFTER APPROVAL of your application in order to take the rental “off the market”. Holding deposits may no longer be accepted until the approval process is completed and you have received formal notification that your application has been successful.
Prior to signing your lease you will need to deposit your four week bond and a second week of advance rent to our Trust Account.

PropertyConnect enforces a ZERO TOLERANCE RENTAL ARREARS POLICY!!
On the date your lease commences you will need to have signed your lease and rental bond form and you will be given the keys to your rental and 2 copies of an ingoing condition report.
You must return one copy of the ingoing condition report to our office within 7 days of moving in.
