- Media ads schedule agreed and approved
- Agency database notification ; Internet ads loaded;
- Open for inspections schedule begins
- Provide weekly feedback to owners – adjust marketing/pricing as required
- Negotiate with buyers and present and discuss offers with owners
- Finalise sales terms and conditions
- Facilitate exchange of contracts and collect purchaser’s deposit into Trust account.
- Distribute funds on settlement date
